Clubfoot Project

Walk for Life Foundation's primary programme — treating clubfoot across Bangladesh.

Clubfoot (CTEV — Congenital Talipes Equinovarus) is a congenital condition affecting approximately 3,900 newborns in Bangladesh each year. Without treatment, it leads to lifelong disability. With the Ponseti method, over 95% of cases can be fully corrected at no cost to the family.

The Clubfoot Project operates 34 clinics across Bangladesh (all divisions except Chittagong), staffed by trained physiotherapists. Treatment is completely free for all families.

Since 2009, over 30,800 children have walked free from this disability — and counting.
